And even more Renton projects.

In part of our grand remodel plan for the Renton house we are adding another bathroom.  In order to make room for the new small master bathroom we needed to move the laundry room.  That was this summers project.  The laundry room is now in what was our "bonus" room, originally intended to be a 1 car garage but was never finished as such (prior owner used as rec room), that we had been using for storage.  We divided the space in half to still have storage and be able to heat the laundry room.  Still have cabinets to put above the washer and dryer, and a whole bank of them on a different wall with a chunk of counter top for folding/crafts/whatever.  My desk and filing cabinet are also in that space.  It is a 12' x 12' room, so very nice sized.  At some point when we remodel the rest of the house our current front door will be replaced and put in the laundry room to give an exit to the patio area.
